DoD requires all Motorcyclists on installations to have DOT approved helmet (Eye protection required if no visor), gloves, long sleeve shirt, long trousers and over the ankle shoes/boots.
Photo Instructions
Avoid parking in Non-Designated areas. Take a photo similar to the one attached with rider flag and motorcycle clearly visible.
A second photo may be required if the motorcycle can’t fit in the photo because of access to location and/or safety reasons.
Refer to Tour of Honor Rules 6-8 for photo verification. Scorers have final say whether standards are met.
